What is "Digital Presence?" |
Having a digital presence is unavoidable in today's world. If you are not curating your online personal brand, someone else is. Digital presence is defined as the representation created when examining all the pieces of your digital footprint. If curated well, it provides a roadmap to how people might expect to experience you aka your personal brand.
To begin, ask yourself: What does your digital presence show? What story are you telling to the world? How do you represent yourself if you are in an educational stage of your life or at other stages, e.g., searching for meaningful work or already on your professional journey? |

"The feedback from the instructors and participants...was most valuable. I really enjoyed getting the opportunity to tell people my story face-to-face and to have them help me pick out the highlights & hooks in my stories. - Grad Student "Each of these students had an entirely different approach to presenting themselves in their e-Portfolio. Putting together an e-Portfolio allows them to take inventory of their lives and see their accomplishments from another perspective. These students have poise and knowledge, and it comes across as they described their e-Portfolios. I must say I was very impressed." - Anonymous, Alumnus from biotech/pharma, business development and licensing |
